1. General

By using AmetrineLab services, you agree to the following terms. These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Termination by AmetrineLab

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at our sole discretion, at any time, without obligation to provide detailed justification. The decision may be made based on our subjective assessment of circumstances.

3. Scope of Service

Our services provide only the output generated by the AmetrineLab bot during its operation. We do not provide the full source code, any part of the source code, or any rights to view, modify, or otherwise access the source code. The source code is fully closed and is the exclusive property of the owners of AmetrineLab.

4. Payment & Deadlines

• Invoices must be paid by the due date stated in the billing notice.
• If payment is not received within 5 days after the due date, we reserve the right to pause the bot service for the client’s company.
• If payment is not received within 14 days after the pause, we reserve the right to permanently stop the service.

5. Privacy Policy

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Any data collected during the use of our services is used solely for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of those services.

We may store and process technical logs, usage statistics, and service configuration details for operational purposes. Access to this information is restricted to authorized AmetrineLab personnel only.

6. Limitation of Liability

AmetrineLab is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss.
